Basics
- Click a box to select it. Ctrl / ⌘ / Shift + click to multi-select.
- Drag any selected box to move the selection. Multi-selected boxes move together.
- Double-click a box to edit its text.
Creating the flow
- Use Step to add a new box, slightly offset from the last selected one.
- Use Child to add a new box that is automatically connected from the selected box.
- Use Connect to link boxes: from the currently selected box to the next box you click.
- Click a line to select it, then use colour tools to colour it, or press Delete to remove it.
Layout & style
- Use the shape buttons for different box styles (box, pill, note).
- Use the colour tools to apply colours to selected boxes or selected connections.
- Tidy auto-arranges boxes into a layered layout based on connections.
- Drag a box near another to see alignment guides for neat rows/columns.
History & export
- Undo / Redo reverses recent changes.
- Save / Load exports/imports a JSON layout (you choose the filename).
- PNG exports a bitmap image. SVG exports a sharp vector graphic.
Tip: Use the mouse wheel with Ctrl / ⌘ to zoom the canvas in and out.
